Carrier circuits landed on a backboard-mounted patch panel

Telecom & ISP circuits

All MPOE circuits (POTS, DSL, T1, T3, Ethernet, coax, fiber, and EOC) extended from the demarc to your rack, clean and documented.

What we install

Your internet provider's responsibility usually ends at the MPOE, the minimum point of entry where circuits reach the building. Getting that circuit from the basement to your suite, cleanly and reliably, is on you. That's a demarc extension, and it's the least glamorous, most common cause of 'the internet is down.'

We land every circuit type (POTS, DSL, T1, T3, Ethernet, coax, fiber, and Ethernet-over-copper) and extend it through proper pathways to your communications room, terminated, labeled, and tested. We coordinate directly with your carrier's technician so cutovers happen once, on schedule.

Multi-tenant building? We handle MPOE work for property managers too: organized backboards, labeled tenant circuits, and documentation that ends the mystery-wire problem.

Common questions

Telecom circuits FAQ

What is a demarc extension?

It's the cabling that carries your carrier's circuit from the building's MPOE (where the provider's responsibility ends) to your suite or server room. The carrier won't build it. A licensed low-voltage contractor does.

My ISP says the problem is 'inside wiring.' Can you fix it?

Yes. That phrase means the fault is between the MPOE and your equipment, our side of the line. We test the extension, find the fault, and repair or re-pull it.

Can you be on site for our carrier cutover?

Yes. We coordinate with the carrier's technician, have the extension ready before they arrive, and verify the handoff end-to-end so the cutover happens once.

Do you work with property managers on MPOE rooms?

Yes. We clean up and label multi-tenant MPOE backboards and document which circuit feeds which suite, so every future turn-up gets faster.
