Communications cabinet feeding a commercial office build

Conference rooms

Displays, video conferencing, speakers, and cameras, built on cabling we pull, terminate, and certify ourselves.

What we install

A conference room fails in front of an audience. The screen does not wake, the far end cannot hear the person at the end of the table, or the call drops at the worst possible moment. Almost always the room was assembled from parts by different trades, and nobody owned the physical layer underneath it.

We build the whole room: the drops behind the wall, the display on the wall, the camera that sees the room, and the speakers and microphones that make it sound like a conversation instead of a speakerphone. One contractor owns it, and the cable behind it is tested and labeled to the same standard as the rest of the building.

Power is coordinated with a licensed electrical contractor so outlets, display locations, and floor boxes are all set before finish work closes the walls.

Common questions

Conference room FAQ

Do you install the displays and the video conferencing gear, or just the cable?

Both. We pull and certify the cabling, mount the displays, install the cameras, speakers, and microphones, and set the room up so it joins a call on the first try.

Will the room work with Zoom and Microsoft Teams?

Yes. We build the room around the platform you already use, so the hardware, the room controller, and the calendar all line up with how your team actually books and joins meetings.

Who handles the power in the room?

We coordinate power with a licensed electrical contractor so the outlets, the display locations, and the floor boxes are all set before finish work closes the walls.

Can you retrofit a conference room that is already built?

Yes. Most of our conference room work is retrofit: we fish the walls, add the drops and the pathway, and mount the equipment with the least disruption we can manage, usually after hours.
